This picture shows the ruptured dam in Desna, the Czech republic. The dam was built on Bila Desna river in the Jizera mountains and it was finished in 1915. In 1916 the dam ruptured and it swept away part of the region Desna. This is the biggest disaster due to dam rupture ever in the Czech Republic.
